Umm, is not it? Localhost is only with your computer. . If you want it on the web, you need to get through the server / host.

I do not clicked “upload” Mine bc / was white, it was yellow and when I clicked it gave me an error message “Could not execute menu item (internal error]) [Exception Can the effect of providing the services: The service did not start “an idea how to solve this problem?
